Angela Long is a multi-genre writer and journalist who has dedicated more than 25 years to her craft. She holds a BFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University. She’s the author of Observations from Off the Grid and Every Day We Disappear. Her eclectic list of publication credits includes The Globe and Mail, Kyoto Journal, and Poetry Ireland Review. Angela has written about everything from astrophysics to tree planting to snow. Since 2019, she has been a contributing writer for The Philanthropist Journal, focusing on issues that drive social change.
